We want you to love your packpour. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

Returns — To be eligible, items must be unused and in original condition and packaging. To start a return, email [mypackpour@gmail.com] with your order number and reason. We'll reply with instructions.

Refunds — Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (your bank may take a little longer to show it).

Return shipping — Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Damaged or wrong items — Email [mypackpour@gmail.com] within 30 days with a photo and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.
